At Hug&Giggle, we want your toys and gifts to reach you and your loved ones quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about shipping costs, dispatch and delivery times.

Shipping Costs Within Australia

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout – no code needed.

International Shipping

International orders are GST-free, so overseas customers are not charged Australian GST on products or shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Dispatch

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Victoria within 24 hours, so your items start their journey almost immediately after purchase.

Delivery Times

We ship via trusted courier services. Delivery within Australia usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Damaged, Faulty or Lost Items
